What makes True Bully Co. hoodies different?
Most dog apparel is graded for longer, narrower bodies. Our hoodies are developed around the compact, broad English Bulldog build for a more comfortable and natural fit. Every design is tested on Maxine, our own English Bulldog.
What is the difference between Barrel and Barrel Plus?
Barrel and Barrel Plus are True Bully Co. fit options designed for different Bulldog builds. Barrel (neck 18–20 in, chest 24–26 in, back 14–16 in) suits the classic adult Bulldog. Barrel Plus (neck 20–22 in, chest 26–28 in, back 16–18 in) suits broader chests, thicker necks, and a more substantial frame. See the full sizing guide.
How should I measure my Bulldog?
Use a soft measuring tape and measure the widest part of the chest, the base of the neck, and the back from the base of the neck to where you want the hoodie to end. Keep the tape comfortably snug, not tight. Chest fit should be your first priority.
What should I do if my dog is between sizes?
Choose the option that best accommodates the chest and neck without restricting movement. For help choosing, email your dog’s measurements and a standing side-view photo to hello@truebullyco.com.
Are Founder’s Edition releases limited?
Yes. The Founder’s Edition Camo is limited to 99 individually numbered hoodies. When this edition sells out, it will not return.
Is the Founder’s Edition ready to ship?
No. The Founder’s Edition is a preorder from our first production run.
When will my hoodie ship?
Preorders are estimated to ship in March 2027. We will email you with production and delivery updates, and you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking when your order ships.
What if the hoodie does not fit?
Please contact hello@truebullyco.com promptly with your order number and photos of the fit. Eligibility is subject to the store’s return policy, and items should remain unworn except for a brief fit check.
How do I care for the hoodie?
Follow the care label included with the garment. To help preserve the fabric and artwork, wash gently in cold water and avoid high heat unless the label states otherwise.
Are the hoodies safe for my Bulldog?
Our hoodies are drawstring-free, with no cords and no choking hazards. As with any clothing, supervise your dog while they wear it and remove it if it causes distress.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. True Bully Co. digital gift cards can be used toward eligible purchases in the online store.
