Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During product launches, pre-orders, or high-volume periods, processing may take longer.

Shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method you select.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Pre-Orders

If you purchase a pre-order item, the estimated shipping date will be listed on the product page. Orders containing pre-order items will ship when those items become available.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us at hello@truebullyco.com within 7 days of delivery so we can help resolve the issue.
